ORDER TRACKING
MY TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT WORKING
90% of our orders have a tracking number available. However, it's possible that your order doesn't have one. Please contact us at contact@dailywellnesscompany.com if you need more information about your shipment, and we'll do our best to assist you!
You will receive your tracking number by email within a few days of placing your order. You can then track your order using the code on our Track Order page.
Make sure you've entered your code correctly. The best way is to copy and paste the tracking code.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address and to the phone number you used at checkout. The tracking number is normally available within a few days of dispatch.

THE TRACKING SITE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE
Sometimes postal tracking services mark an order as delivered when it has reached your local post office, even if you haven’t received it yet. In such cases, please wait a few more days or contact your local post office, as they may be holding the package for pickup.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?
All items are subject to a handling period before dispatch.
99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have shipped.
MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your items do not arrive within 20 business days of the purchase date, please contact us at contact@dailywellnesscompany.com.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days
- All orders are dispatched within 3 business days
- During peak periods, allow up to 6 business days for dispatch
HOW IS THE PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED?
Delivery methods depend on your location and the product ordered. Packages are generally delivered to your home, mailbox, porch, or local post office with a delivery notice.
If no one is available to receive the package, your local post office may hold it for pickup.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, contact us with photos of the item within 7 days. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 4–7 working days after approval.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
While most items arrive on time, external factors like customs may delay delivery. If your order exceeds our shipping time by 10 business days, contact us and we’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 4–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Daily Wellness Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered. We will provide tracking and delivery confirmation so you can follow up with your local carrier.
AFTER PURCHASE
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS OR SELECTED THE WRONG ITEM – CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens, contact us immediately at contact@dailywellnesscompany.com. While we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee changes once your order is in processing or shipped. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to cancel or refund it due to incorrect address input.
MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN CUSTOMS. WHAT CAN I DO?
Customs and postal services are independent entities. Daily Wellness Company is not liable for delays or customs fees.
You are responsible for paying customs charges or taxes. Contact your local customs office for assistance. If your order is held in customs, we recommend calling them directly to request a release.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Shipping details are processed 1–3 business days after you place an order. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately. We'll try to help, but can't guarantee changes once processing has started.
Please double-check your information before placing the order. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, especially if the address is not your permanent one.
